Bulambuli County MP-Elect Hon. Biara Emmanuel Wepukhulu has pledged to prioritize service delivery and community development after holding a Thanksgiving Ceremony attended by fellow legislators, district leaders, supporters and residents.
The event, organized to thank the people of Bulambuli for their support and confidence in his leadership, also became an occasion to highlight the importance of collective efforts in addressing community challenges.Among the highlights of the ceremony was a UGX 20 million contribution from Members of Parliament towards the improvement of Muyembe Health Centre IV, a development that Hon. Biara said would help strengthen healthcare services for local residents.The MP-Elect expressed appreciation to his colleagues in the 12th Parliament for their generosity, noting that their support demonstrated a shared commitment to improving the welfare of the people.He said the contribution was a clear indication that leaders can make a greater impact when they unite around initiatives that directly benefit communities.Hon.
